Konus "Delta"
20x Stereoscope
This basic stereoscope is perfect for
beginning observations of crystals, insects, flowers, or other three-dimensional
objects. Eyepiece diopter (the distance between the eyepieces) is
adjustable for the width of your eyes; one eyepiece focuses
separately, and there is also a main focus knob on each side of the
microscope. Course adjustment of the distance between the
objective lens and the stage is available by loosening the back knob
and sliding the unit up or down on the mounting post.
A light source is not
included with this scope, but it works well with any commonly
available desk lamp with a bendable neck to point the light onto
your specimen. Magnifies 20 times (10x eyepieces, 2x objective lens).
Includes a dual-color round stage plate: black on one side and white
on the other. Base measures 4.5 x 6.5 x 1 inches; scope is 12
inches high at maximum height adjustment.
