Guide to the Vascular Plants of Florida,
Richard P. Wunderlin

The Guide to the Vascular Plants of Florida is intended to serve as a means to identify the more than 4,000 taxa of ferns, fern allies, and seed plants that are native or naturalized to Florida. The first section of the books contains the keys for the major vascular plant groups: pteridophytes, gymnosperms, monocotyledons, and dicotyledons. The second section of the books details descriptive flora of the same families and includes common names, habitat, distribution, reproductive seasons, and endemic or exotic status. Also included in this volume is a synopsis of the flora, a glossary of terms, and three separate indices with listings by common name, scientific name, and families.  806 pages, hardcover, 6½ x 9½", county map of Florida.
